Notability is a choir of around 16 people based in Manchester. We are available to sing at a variety of events. The table below shows what we’ve done over the last 14 years. We usually charge a small fee to meet our expenses (travel & music purchase essentially).

We cover quite a large area from our home base in Manchester. Treales, Freckleton, Lytham-St. Anne's and St Michael's-on-Wyre (all in the Fylde), Bamford in Derbyshire, Rainford in Merseyside, Bradford and Skipton in Yorkshire and Jodrell Bank, Wincle and Nether Alderley in Cheshire have all been within our compass. We also like to get away for a weekend each year. In 2006 we gave a concert at the church of St George and St Luke in Barrow in Furness (see the Gallery for some pictures of our walk nearby). In other years we have stayed in Chipping, Lancashire (a concert in aid of the church roof), Evesham, Worcestershire (the Parish Church tower), Wallingford, Oxfordshire (Guide Dogs) and Cornwall (Cystic Fibrosis and Active8). The Cornwall trip was a regular part of our schedule for some years. We went at the same time (the late May Bank Holiday weekend) every other year - 2001, 2003, 2005 and 2007). In 2009 we visited Norfolk, singing at Saxlingham Northgate, Bergh Apton(Church service) and Sea Palling. This year we've been to Norfolk again, singing in well-received concerts at Saxlingham Northgate and Fundenhall. We also sang at the morning service in Topcroft Parish Church
